Lisa is a Professor and the Research Director in the Department of Family Medicine at McMaster University. She is a Scientist at the Centre for Evaluation of Medicines at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton and Professor in the Departments of CE&B and Medicine at McMaster University. She also is a member of the PATH Research Institute at McMaster University and Adjunct Professor with the School of Pharmacy at the University of Waterloo. Lisa’s research interests include pharmacy and health services research with a focus on evaluating the clinical and policy relevance of interventions. This includes ehealth and community based primary healthcare interventions that can improve prescribing and patient medication-taking behaviour; the patient perspective about using or deciding to use medications.
