Program for the Identification of “Actionable” Atrial Fibrillation

Fibrillation aims to determine the most cost-effective methods and settings to identify atrial fibrillation patients who would benefit from oral anticoagulant therapy. The program will gather essential data to guide the design of a Canadian cluster-randomized controlled trial whose ultimate goal is to prevent stroke by early detection and treatment of atrial fibrillation.
